Wanted: Operations Trainers
2021 is going to be a big year for SLC Operations
We will grow rapidly, supporting clients across all sectors of the UK rail industry – passenger, freight, M&E – as well as developing industry leading, innovative new training technology and approaches.
We need:
Two trainers (40 hours per week, full-time equivalent) to join our team to deliver Driver Training, End Point Assessments, and other operations training. You must be a qualified and competent train driver and have a passion for driving, training and assessing.
Full-time, part-time or job-share arrangements are available.
You will hold:
- A valid ETDL, current route and traction competence;
- A valid Assessor Qualification (ideally A1 or equivalent)
- A valid Verifier Qualification (ideally V1 or equivalent)
Above all, you will demonstrate an excellent safety and performance record as well as the flexibility, attitude and drive to help grow our business, keep our safety and operations standards high and make sure every customer and student receives outstanding service.
